To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

惹味重慶酸辣湯底

近期北角覓食～其實我諗食開譚仔既都係佢fan屎。雖然我最鐘意係三哥既三哥酸辣，但今次經友人推薦，一於試下譚仔既重慶酸辣！今次試左重慶酸辣三小辣。自問都食得辣既我三小辣好似冇乜feel，下次可以再食辣啲🤣雞肉份量都算多，豆卜都係得四舊。如果平時唔太餓都會少米線唔好晒，如果好肚餓既話通常會再加土匪雞翼添🤣可能今次趕時間，落左單等左十二分鐘先黎覺得有啲耐，雖然野飲好快就到。不過姐姐服務態度都好好，呢間分店星期六晚都不會滿座，如果大家係開炮台山，都可以選擇食譚仔喔！
