To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

特別為牛一寫食評，希望佢做得住！因為個魚湯太好味喇！每次經過牛一，都會和老公笑它大膽，竟然開在陳漢、苑記、蔡潤附近，唔知「訂」。早兩日睇果籽才知道牛一來頭不小，作為大埔友加魚湯 Big Fans ，當然要試試。首次幫襯，order 了一個淨魚蛋墨丸，外賣。回家一看個湯就知不得了！係呀媽平時買成斤幾兩斤魚仔熬出來的濃稠，而且香氣撲鼻，難怪餐牌寫明「真材實料」，鮮甜好好飲呀！魚蛋有魚味，也食得出有大地魚粉的香！未吃過咁有墨魚味的墨丸！比振興丸的墨丸更好吃！相逢恨晚！下次會試枱枱都食的手撕雞、魚麵和越南河！
