To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前身是翠華餐廳,總覺得價錢蠻貴和質素一般,很少光顧。轉了意樂餐廳,反而光顧了二次早餐和這次晚餐。記得首次行入此間餐廳,店𥚃帶點美式餐廳粗獷的裝飾陳設,令我有種舒服的感覺。食品的價格都算“街坊”,質量平均。首次在此吃晚餐,分別點了大和圓板燒 – 意式芝士烤雞及加拿大安格斯牛扒。那份意式芝士烤雞,份量多到令我有點吃驚。有2塊雞扒,鋪滿了芝士,平日我比較怕沾滿芝士的菜式,但這次吃下去,沒有太大抗拒。還有一隻雞蛋、野菌炒飯,薯條、一嚿粟米、蕃茄和翠肉瓜。雞扒都幾入味,野菌炒飯,採用了珍珠米,軟硬度適中,還有不少的蘑菇粒。加拿大安格斯牛扒,有2塊厚厚的牛扒、薯條、一嚿蕃茄、粟米。牛扒的味道,屬於港式的口味。如果沒有另加錢點餐飲,這個餐的價錢相比佳記餐廳的扒餐平了一點,但沒有白飯跟餐。總之以“茶記”來說,這晚餐的價錢跟品質都令我滿意!
