平時一係泰國菜,一係日本菜~今日姊妹提議話不如食潮州菜~諗諗下都好~轉下口味!係姊妹帶領之下~就黎到呢間潮味居~一入去就聞到d滷水味~好吸引!跟住我地就叫左幾個招牌菜~紅燒花膠翅:湯好濃稠~翅多,花膠都好厚~珍珠菜川椒雞球:雞肉不會很鞋,煎炒得好香生煎墨魚餅:呢個墨魚餅給我留下很深印象,好厚,好彈牙~清清淡淡不油膩~我鍾意!傳統香煎蠔仔烙:餅煎得幾香脆~蠔仔都好新鮮~無乜腥味~同我係台灣食嘅味道一樣咁好食滷水腩肉燜春菜煲:比較清淡~d菜都夠嫩夠鮮甜~潮州方魚炒芥蘭:我就最鍾意食芥蘭~好在芥蘭夠嫩~慢火煎原條鹹馬友:一開始以為會好鹹,其實鹹淡適中!魚肉都好嫩~魚皮都炸得好脆~唔錯!
