To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係這間餐廳食嘅每一啖,都令人驚喜萬分!今次試咗佢哋嘅墨西哥卷豆腐扒,真係一啖豆香,每口都食到新鮮蔬菜嘅甘甜🥦,而啲薯波佢哋用氣炸鍋整,食落去外皮香脆,入面軟綿綿,夾雜咗一啲微微辣粉,食落層次感十足!同埋佢哋嘅草莓茶😍,飲落去草莓香濃得嚟唔膩口,湯湯暖暖,真心舒服。再嚟嗰碗豆乳味噌叉燒湯烏冬,啱晒冬天食!湯底用豆乳整,滑嫩得嚟香味濃郁,個素叉燒真係做得出神入化,食落去肉感十足,但又知道係健康嘅選擇。配嘅黑杞子胎菊茶,唔單止散發自然香氣,喝落去仲有滋補功效,真係養生又解渴💪🏼。最後我想讚下佢哋嘅值得一提嘅細節,好似嗰紫蘇莓汁嘅獨特口味,雖然同想像中嘅唔同,但嗰抹鹹香同埋微妙嘅酸甜,係一種新鮮嘅嘗試。正所謂,不嘗不知,一嘗驚喜連連!呢間素食餐廳,確實俾我發現咗好多平時未必會留意嘅美味素食選擇,下次又要再嚟試過🌟!
