細細個係慈雲山返學,聽講近年呢頭改變咗好多,今晚放工上去故地重遊,成個慈雲山好似唔同晒咁,行經見到呢間叫做翁記嘅上海菜,舖面幾光猛,望入去又好似幾乾淨咁,一於入去食個飯啦。食上海嘢當然唔少得食個小籠包,我哋兩個人叫咗四個,望落去係好似比平時食開嗰啲大少少,心諗算啦粗野食住先,又唔係出名的上海餐廳不必挑剔咁多,但食落先知完全係睇小咗呢幾個小籠包,皮簿又靚當然係啦,而裏面嘅豬肉十分之香滑,經過高溫嘅蒸煮,小籠包都充滿肉汁,覺得啲肉汁有少少黐黐地,因為豬肉的膠質都溶咗入去,想不到小店之中的小籠包可以咁出色!唔知其他人會對呢味口水雞嘅接受程度去到邊度,因為除了辣油花生粒仲加了芝麻醬,但係我個人就認為加左芝麻醬係無得輸,因為芝麻醬甜甜地又香滑,好多人都好鍾意芝麻醬拌沙律做冷盤,而翁記就好大膽創新咁用佢落在口水雞呢味冷盤之中,而且有朋友唔係好食得辣嘅時候,其實芝麻醬有少少奶的質地,係可以解除左辛辣對舌頭嘅刺激,我同我朋友好快就食晒成碟雞。一碟京蔥爆羊肉只係$78 , 仲想點!羊肉香,京蔥又香,佢哋兩個係天衣無縫的激情組合,呢味餸係連埋窩窩頭的,但係店員話窩窩頭已經賣晒,可以比我地揀饅頭或者銀絲卷,

羊肉香,京蔥又香,佢哋兩個係天衣無縫的激情組合,呢味餸係連埋窩窩頭的,但係店員話窩窩頭已經賣晒,可以比我地揀饅頭或者銀絲卷,我哋揀咗銀絲卷,佢仲可以比我地揀係蒸定係炸。怕熱氣揀咗蒸。

但是知銀絲卷上咗菜之後,個外表係好似同饅頭差唔多樣,拿起來先知道裏邊係有啲空位,咁我就自由發揮咁樣放左啲羊肉入去一齊食,有幾惹喎,銀絲卷蒸得軟軟的,又有少少甜甜地,加上京蔥爆羊肉的濃郁,呢個組合好正啊。

酒釀湯丸簡直係令人銷魂!其實從來都冇食過呢樣甜品,店員介紹之下,試吓冇咩所謂。有酒釀丸子呢兩個字仲以為係會唔會好重酒味咁呢,唔知會唔會食到醉,但食落覺得十分之驚喜,一粒細細的湯圓,都好軟身,中間嘅芝麻餡同外面粉團嘅比例好好,唔會覺得太甜,再加上外面有輕輕酒香同小小清甜嘅酒釀甜湯襯托着,我簡直覺得呢個甜品係好完美嘅!

其實入店舖嘅時候,每一個職員係好忙碌,我哋坐低一陣先有空可以幫我地清張枱,但係其實我唔介意嘅,好欣賞佢哋百忙之中都好想serve 好每一個客人、想快啲幫到你個種熱誠,遲啲可以的話想約返幾個舊同學同我一齊返來再食,而且價錢都真係偏平!咁高的食物質素,真係性價比超高。
