細細個係慈雲山返學,聽講近年呢頭改變咗好多,今晚放工上去故地重遊,成個慈雲山好似唔同晒咁,行經見到呢間叫做翁記嘅上海菜,舖面幾光猛,望入去又好似幾乾淨咁,一於入去食個飯啦。食上海嘢當然唔少得食個小籠包,我哋兩個人叫咗四個,望落去係好似比平時食開嗰啲大少少,心諗算啦粗野食住先,又唔係出名的上海餐廳不必挑剔咁多,但食落先知完全係睇小咗呢幾個小籠包,皮簿又靚當然係啦,而裏面嘅豬肉十分之香滑,經過高溫嘅蒸煮,小籠包都充滿肉汁,覺得啲肉汁有少少黐黐地,因為豬肉的膠質都溶咗入去,想不到小店之中的小籠包可以咁出色!唔知其他人會對呢味口水雞嘅接受程度去到邊度,因為除了辣油花生粒仲加了芝麻醬,但係我個人就認為加左芝麻醬係無得輸,因為芝麻醬甜甜地又香滑,好多人都好鍾意芝麻醬拌沙律做冷盤,而翁記就好大膽創新咁用佢落在口水雞呢味冷盤之中,而且有朋友唔係好食得辣嘅時候,其實芝麻醬有少少奶的質地,係可以解除左辛辣對舌頭嘅刺激,我同我朋友好快就食晒成碟雞。一碟京蔥爆羊肉只係$78 , 仲想點!羊肉香,京蔥又香,佢哋兩個係天衣無縫的激情組合,呢味餸係連埋窩窩頭的,但係店員話窩窩頭已經賣晒,可以比我地揀饅頭或者銀絲卷,
