之前喺電話apps見到呢間餃子專門店,睇落幾吸引,因為平時我都好鍾意食餃子,一於試吓佢啦。石燒蒜片牛柳粒飯$78- 牛柳粒分量充足,入面仲未係十成熟,所以口感仲係好軟熟,富有牛油味道。蒜片提升左味道嘅層次,唔錯!雙拼湯餃$58- 我選擇皇帝菜鮮豬肉湯餃同京蔥羊肉湯餃。兩款湯餃嘅餡料味道分別都幾大,皇帝菜豬肉餡料味道偏淡,清清地。而京蔥羊肉餡料比較重口味,重孜然香料味道,啖啖京蔥增加左餃子嘅口感。湯底係魚湯,不過飲飲下都有少少口渴。雙拼生煎餃$62- 而煎餃我就揀咗冬菇雲耳椰菜鮮豬肉生煎餃同芝士粟米雞肉生煎餃。冬菇椰菜爽口,豬肉質感彈牙,煎餃子皮夠脆,同辣菜莆一齊食,好有口感,不過煎餃子略嫌油膩。芝士粟米雞肉煎餃味道濃郁,雞肉更比豬肉彈牙,淡淡芝士味道加上雞肉肉汁,高度推介!總括而言,呢間餐廳嘅菜式有一定嘅質素,下一次有機會一定會再幫襯!
