To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

態度真是差到不得了，吾信或者犯濺中意受氣既人，可以繼續去受氣。我仲有成碟肉未燒，全部醬汁收起哂，佢話要收工，last order之後就要收哂D醬汁。4位吃不到1小時，埋單8百幾，吾係要high class服務，但未食完就收起真心差。9點坐低無幾耐，聽到有客人剛入坐，想坐正常矮台，職員話果邊收左，迫所有客坐埋一堆，吾好阻佢做野，然後職員將D抹布污水盤放哂上台，開始在你周圍抹，D油污/清潔劑有可能噴到食物食埋落肚，食都吾安樂。除左每人一份餐，我再加左幾碟肉，燒都要時間，50分鐘佢又催住交台，餐牌又何必甘多款式叫人加購，最後又催趕人走。食完自然會走，吾通留係度幫你洗碗咩！有甘既員工，上面管理人都一樣甘理念。所以寫乜意見都無用。祝佢哋出去食飯都一樣被人黑面無視催趕甘對待。
