To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飲茶成日都要等位，又好多人，職員又趕住要你走咁，但呢一間就相對靜，又唔洗同人撘枱，坐得舒適寬敞，先有假期飲茶既感覺飲茶唔少得食蝦餃，叫左水晶蝦餃皇。好大粒，唔只一粒蝦，又薄皮，真係唔錯潮州蒸粉粿都係大大粒，最鍾意d皮唔會太厚蒽花炸兩腸我就好鍾意食炸兩，不過呢個就唔夠脆，差少少海蜇手拍青瓜呢個冷盤唔錯，平時出街食好細份，佢呢個夠3-4個人食，幾新鮮燒鵝例牌配麵呢個好抵食，勁大碟燒鵝仲有一個夠4個人既麵估唔到有紅豆沙送，煮得好融，好好味，早知唔叫薑汁撞奶，紅豆沙仲好食d整體唔錯，有埋免費泊車，算唔錯
