To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 淘大商場新開了多間食店,其中一間叫做牛奶冰室,外賣試吓個下午茶,叫了一個雪菜炆米+凍檸茶,共$47元,另一個炸雞脾配粟米+凍檬茶,共$44元,合共$91元。等呀等…. 等呀等,等咗20分鐘,終於忍唔住問收銀,仲要等幾耐?如果未做就取消單吧,收銀話等多5分鐘,我說唔等啦,收銀當時有些勞氣,說話較大聲,終於等了20分鐘成功取得外賣,運作是一駕兩、三層餐車放滿食物才派餐,這樣可以食物便不熱了。炸雞脾皮硬肉無味,粟米變薯條,雪菜炆米,雪菜要用顯微鏡找,米粉硬,而且一舊舊,又係無味而且凍的,幸好凍檸茶是好喝的,質素差,不會浪費金錢再幫襯。
