最近太少出外吃飯了,今日難得出外約朋友簡簡單單吃一碗拉麵。土瓜灣新開了一間拉麵店,新裝修以簡約為主淺木色坐位不算太多但都坐得很寬躺。拉麵師傅原來都是在日本拉麵店學習廚藝,不怪得吃下來的味道很有日本風味感覺。新店開業還有午市限定及外賣限定!黑鳴虎這款拉麵是招牌之一以黑蒜油+墨魚+豬骨為湯底,混合新鮮大蒜與煎焙過的大蒜後以高溫精煉而成,配上墨魚汁味道鮮甜加上濃厚豬骨湯底,濃郁蒜香撲鼻。幼身麵底煙煙韌適中,還有慢煮叉燒,以低溫慢煮幾小時食落口感新鮮嫩滑。鳴海老以香味油+蝦味噌+豬骨為湯底,湯底同樣香濃蝦鮮味,而每碗都會配有慢煮叉燒,半熟蛋,筍及紫菜。胡麻菠菜涼拌胡麻菠菜,菠菜清脆搭配濃稠胡麻醬入口,吃起來清爽、開胃。
