To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慢煮日式叉燒真係好得

我平時少食拉麵，因為覺得佢熱量高，但係今日姨甥仔想食，就陪佢食啦。聽講依家係日本過江龍，咁當然要試吓啦。我揀咗最Basic嘅醬油豚肉拉麵。拉麵份量唔多，我一個人食剛剛好。個湯底好入味，又有紫菜同原隻流心蛋，呢度已經可以比高分。最重要係塊豚肉真係好嫩滑，睇真啲原來係用慢煮方法製作，總之依塊豚肉真係攞滿分。拉麵係曲麵，完全可以吊起個湯底，好掂👍🏻食過今次之後，我真係對拉麵有少少改觀，所以我都應該會再來食第二次😁😁

拉麵份量唔多，我一個人食剛剛好。個湯底好入味，又有紫菜同原隻流心蛋，呢度已經可以比高分。最重要係塊豚肉真係好嫩滑，睇真啲原來係用慢煮方法製作，總之依塊豚肉真係攞滿分。
