經常在銅鑼灣活動及覓食,走到金朝陽二期亦不下數次,商廈內的食肆皆走中高檔路線,吃過數家,水準不俗,就只是要花多些少錢,今次試這家位於頂層的 Penthouse。電梯大門一開,踏出已經進店,燈光柔和,富現代感,左方是酒吧,右方是開放式廚房,面向的是開揚的景緻。留意到旁邊有個香檳角落,以白色為主色頗特出,估計有不少客人選擇在此慶祝,因此有需求。落地窗的設計,坐在大廳內任何位置皆可看到景觀,到達時正是黃昏時分,坐在靠窗座位,來得及享受一會兒的黃昏晚霞。皮製餐牌,預設酒杯,fine dinning 的格局。Penthouse 主打慢煮食物,但牛排那頁,強調西班牙式烤焗 Jasper Coal Grilled Oven 之特別做法,非常吸引我嚐味之興趣。首次光顧,看來二人套餐最實惠,已經可以試到慢煮及炭燒食物,正是我的來意。石榴汁套餐已經包括兩杯果汁或汽水,我們皆選擇了番石榴汁,這夜乖乖不喝酒。餐前麵包新鮮麵包馬上送上,份量十足,微溫,開心見到附上香草醬 peso sauce,因為相比牛油健康,吃得安心。深綠顏色,看似濃郁,實際味道不強,清香之味,正好提升麵包味道。麵包本身亦鬆軟外脆,非常稱職。

tiramisu,層次比較簡單,主要是可可及忌廉層,這個只是一般。總括來說,每一道菜皆花上心思,造型及味道皆出色,環境服務符合中高檔定位,尚有靚景相伴,性價比完全值,心水推薦!
