無意中發現這間慢煮餐廳,想試試慢煮菜式是什麼味道,落單時問待應牛扒有沒有選擇幾成熟,她回覆是沒有得選擇。我們叫了肉眼扒和豬鞍扒,賣相太乾涸,切開見全熟,肉質唔算乾,愈近骨位就愈生,有點血紅。但原來生生地最好吃。我在其他食評都見切開見紅,但我地這碟over咗囉 他們太好生意了,出品似乎好參差。
