香港越黎越多日式燒肉店有任食、有單點,任君選擇呢間胡同燒肉店係台灣過江龍聽講新開時早一個月訂位都會full booking 到而家開左半年 訂位已變得輕鬆兩三日前預訂2位 餐廳告知是bar台位置到達餐廳 發現原來只有bar台先用炭爐反而覺得比坐普通台更好點左:兩碟牛(角切牛$98、牛五花$158)一碟豬$80一碟雞翼$802個燒飯團兩杯野飲坐bar台好處係全程望住店定點預備食物原來呢度既肉類係即點即調味完成調味就上台而炭爐bar台 ,係全程由店員幫你燒好處係唔使自己燒,佢地燒控制火候一定顧客好不過都有個壞處,就係要等佢地燒,唔可以按自己意願想燒邊樣就邊樣而佢地為左(應該係)唔好溝亂味道,係逐款逐款燒,仲每完成一款就換網掃油極度認真細心講到食物質素,角切牛舌好味,彈牛有肉汁牛五花就麻麻,就冇咩驚喜反而,個燒雞翼燒到好好味,佢仲去左主骨,皮脆肉嫩啖啖肉 ,好味!豬呀飯團就一般啦總括黎講,可以一試。不過佢份量係偏小,大食人仕可能要叫多點先飽。

坐bar台好處係全程望住店定點預備食物
原來呢度既肉類係即點即調味
完成調味就上台
而炭爐bar台 ,係全程由店員幫你燒
好處係唔使自己燒,佢地燒控制火候一定顧客好

不過都有個壞處,就係要等佢地燒,唔可以按自己意願想燒邊樣就邊樣
而佢地為左(應該係)唔好溝亂味道,係逐款逐款燒,仲每完成一款就換網掃油

總括黎講,可以一試。
