無得去旅行,唯有在香港消費,去食不同國家的美食,今晚同老婆去了食葡國菜。先點了杯sangria,有些水果香甜,幾清新。蜜糖黑椒美國牛仔骨伴薯菜:牛仔骨有三大件,大約七成熟,煎至表面焦香,中間有點粉紅,輕易切開,肉質帶牛油脂香且嫩腍,牛肉味濃郁且juicy,炸薯角連皮炸,有點咬口。烤焗原條盲鰽伴檸檬香茜牛油海蜆:盲鰽魚以檸檬牛油汁烤焗,一上枱就聞到大陣牛油香,魚皮表面焗至金黃色,魚肉保持嫩滑,加上葡國腸調味,令魚肉帶點咸肉香,最後以檸檬汁去掉魚腥味,令魚肉味道清新鮮味。葡撻:表面焗至微焦,撻皮鬆脆,蛋漿既香且甜。
