To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小弟見識少，呢間係我人生暫時食過最好食嘅清湯腩麵。平日七點幾去到唔洗排隊直入，啲枱唔算好迫，都坐得幾舒服。坐低嗌左個清湯蘿蔔牛腩麵$63，另外仲有崩沙腩，坑腩等唔同腩位選擇。同朋友吹左幾句水，等左兩，三分鐘就有野食。先講湯底，本身唔知佢係藥饍湯底，一入口好清甜，帶少少當歸味，驚喜地好飲。牛腩煮到好淋好軟同時又唔會散，而且有好多片唔孤寒，不過同行友人話略嫌無牛味。蘿蔔無渣又入味。成碗麵份量足夠，正常成年人唔會唔夠食。不過侍應哥哥態度有少少差，餐牌餐具就咁放（掉）落枱面唔講嘢就走左去，我覺得可以溫柔少少。今時今日香港$63食碗麵已經唔算好貴，唔洗餐餐洗幾百幾千蚊食好嘢，簡簡單單一餐呢個價錢食到呢個質素真係已經好滿足。

先講湯底，本身唔知佢係藥饍湯底，一入口好清甜，帶少少當歸味，驚喜地好飲。牛腩煮到好淋好軟同時又唔會散，而且有好多片唔孤寒，不過同行友人話略嫌無牛味。蘿蔔無渣又入味。成碗麵份量足夠，正常成年人唔會唔夠食。

不過侍應哥哥態度有少少差，餐牌餐具就咁放（掉）落枱面唔講嘢就走左去，我覺得可以溫柔少少。
