To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天虹海鮮正斗, 煮功出色, 價錢公道, 服務一流, 交通便利, 所以我同大胃決定將天虹定為我地ge飯堂!大胃牛一, 梗要嚮佢遠征歐州前同佢擦番餐. 上次入南丫島大家食過天虹都讚不絕口, 今次慶生喎, 梗要揀度有信心保證架啦, 於是就齊齊過大海來天虹.唔好以為入南丫島食飯好似好麻煩, 其實天虹有專船嚮天星同中環2個碼頭往返接送, 我一程巴士去到碼頭, 一程半個鐘ge船去到天虹, 不知幾方便.去到唔駛壽星仔操心, 我就走去揀下有乜海鮮食. 上次個侍應比我慢慢遂樣揀, 咁今次都唔例外, 好燙貼呢.今次d野全部好食, 想排名都唔容易呢!1) 蒜茸粉絲蒸大黃妃蛘 - 初初上檯, 見到無乜豉油汁, 仲驚會唔會唔夠味呢? 原來好夠味嫁, 因為d蒜茸浸過鹽水的. 而d粉絲亦非常爽口煙韌, 連埋d蒜蓉, 好食到爆. 至於主角黃妃蚌, 就真係無得頂. 大隻又飽滿不特止, 新鮮又唔在講, 而且蒸得剛好, 霹靂爽脆鮮甜. 一致通過, 全晚至正!!1) 椒鹽鮮魷 - 聞落好香, 脆漿夠薄又夠脆, 鮮魷嫩甜到唔知講乜好, 係有史以來食過最好的椒鹽鮮魷呀!!!!! 所以要同黃妃蚌雙冠軍.3) 蒜蓉蒸扇貝 - 肥大

1) 椒鹽鮮魷 - 聞落好香, 脆漿夠薄又夠脆, 鮮魷嫩甜到唔知講乜好, 係有史以來食過最好的椒鹽鮮魷呀!!!!! 所以要同黃妃蚌雙冠軍.
3) 蒜蓉蒸扇貝 - 肥大, 爽口, 鮮甜, 無得彈.
4) 豉椒聖子半斤 - 同上次一樣咁好食, 豉椒唔會過鹹, 帶辣味, 超級夠鑊氣. 聖子新鮮, 爽甜, 夠味. 食過咁多度聖子, 天虹最好!
5) 豉椒蒸象拔蚌仔 - 豉椒汁arm arm 好, 唔會一大pat或太鹹. 象拔蚌仔亦肥大新鮮, 夠爽, 但比起霹靂黃妃蚌, 就爭dd咁dur dur.
6) 豉油王炒麵 - 仲發緊麵顛, 上次食肉絲炒麵, 好掂. 今次豉油王炒麵都好好, 麵身爽滑, 夠乾身, 一d都唔油, 食完碟底好乾爽. 係嫌豉油唔夠香. 不過巳經好正啦!
7) 蒜茸粉絲蒸聖子 - 聖子好大揪, 可能蒸得耐左少少, 唔夠爽脆, 但巳經收貨有餘.
8) 果皮蒸鮑魚 - 我哥隻蒸得剛脫殼, 非常鮮味, 肉質爽嫩彈牙, 果皮夠香. 大胃哥隻未熟透, 要扣分. 因為今晚高手太多, 無耐要包尾.
9) 三支國產Asahi
題外話:
咁話說我地一去到, 我見到個侍應叔叔好熟口面, 跟手佢就走埋來同我地講: 嘩小姐做乜咁耐唔來? 咁我就醒起佢原來就係我第一次去天虹Serve我果檯個叔叔. 而果陣巳經係年半之前ge事. 當晚仲要爆場, 勁多客. 我嚇到呆左, 問: 下? 隔成年半你都仲認得我? 佢笑笑口話係呀, 我認人好犀利ga, 我仲記得幫你影過相添! 呢個叔叔, 真係唔係人敢品, 天虹請人真有眼光~
仲有仲有, 嗱嗱嗱大胃唔好話我多口呀! 咁我揀緊海鮮果陣, 大胃走咄來"Gup"下, 哥個侍應叔叔就話唔駛問下你男朋友食乜呀? 咁我都末及回應, 呢個大胃就閃電地耍手兼擰頭地話:絕對唔係!! 真係慌死我影衰佢咁呀....哈哈, 我當堂笑爆嘴, 依家諗起都想笑 ^o^....
