✨北海道白海膽~其實唔係好知咩叫白海膽,唔知係咪白色呢🤣。不過食落原來同平時買外賣食開嘅有好大分別,質感軟滑豐腴,入口特別鮮甜。✨大拖羅~即係魚腩位,入口一刻已經感覺在口腔慢慢溶化,再加以細嚼,真正感受到那種肥美😍✨小肌~即係左口魚,食落比較爽滑,有淡淡的海水味,夠晒鮮甜,沾上一點Wasabi已經好足夠。✨禾稈草煙燻鰹魚~半生熟嘅魚肉,好有口感,煙燻味恰到好處,又冇帶走魚嘅鮮味,好難得👍睇得出廚師廚藝嘅精湛!
