醬油溫泉蛋: 醬油為啫喱狀,帶柚子甘香,甜咸剛剛好,蛋香一流海老: 👍🏻無得輸,炸粉夠薄,唔似一般炸物咁炸粉同肉分開,非常香脆,蝦非常鮮味,唔係梳打粉蝦,爽、香、甜,配岩鹽沙錐魚、蘆筍: 新鮮肉質薄而滑,蘆筍夠嫩,加上炸漿夠薄,油唔係普通餐廳炸足一個月既油,而係有天婦羅香味目光魚、粟米:粟米聞落去有燒烤味粟一燒風味,點少少岩鹽醬將粟米甜味提出哂,粟米一啲都唔老唔痴牙; 目光魚比頭先既沙錐魚更有魚味,肉無咁散但依然嫩滑,好香紫蘇葉海老、秋葵: 秋葵配天婦羅汁,𥚃面既汁液保持得好好,唔會乾哂,咬一啖再點天婦羅汁等汁流入去秋葵; 紫蘇葉配海老好香又夠清,唔會蓋過蝦味,比起前幾道既海老天婦羅又一滋味小蕃薯、舞茸:相比剛才幾道天婦羅,我認為舞茸較淡,但菇味十足,咬落口感有趣,小蕃薯超甜,好好食,兩個小小地咁平衡返幾道咸炸物海鰻: 比起鰻魚飯汁多過魚食唔到真正既味道,我終於食到鰻魚新鮮的味道。上面師傅配了蔥花和七味粉,先聞一聞,非常香!不配鹽都已經非常夠味,係有韌度既魚鱲魚三文魚子帆立貝飯: 太好吃了!帆立貝一咬起即溶入口,無腥味,鮮味徘徊口中,鱲魚口感好得意,切得好薄,三文魚子更加無得頂,粒粒均

鱲魚三文魚子帆立貝飯: 太好吃了!帆立貝一咬起即溶入口,無腥味,鮮味徘徊口中,鱲魚口感好得意,切得好薄,三文魚子更加無得頂,粒粒均勻又爆汁,配上醋飯唔太酸,米粒飽滿,不需配豉油已經好好食,紫蘇葉夾飯、三文魚子和帶子食簡直如置身日本

麵豉湯同其他餐廳不同是用了白麵豉,飲起來不太咸亦有少少燶既味,因為佢加左啲炒米,好香

靜岡蜜瓜、秋田梨: 這才是真正的美味生果- 兩種生果非常之甜,而唔會互相蓋過對方,甜而不蠟喉,解渴又幸福
