To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

腐竹薏米水 名乎其實是完全沒有味道的水 並非糖水 腐竹有一半是原片的 名字沒改錯 但我有點失望失落 明明是甜品 為何淡而無味 完全感受不到那來的甜紅棗泡雪耳 雪耳非常硬 紅棗完全沒煮開 但是比腐竹薏米水好一點 它是有甜味的但是做既時間非常快 叫了不到十分鐘已經送到家 外賣很快就到除了製作時間非常快之外，希望其他的問題可以好好作出改善本來吃完宵夜有個好愉快的晚上，打算吃個甜品讓一天過得更美好，沒想到換來的，竟然是失望收場....
