To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荷李活道 大館我很喜歡的地方活化歷史古跡 很成功的案例第２次來吃午餐，選了家定價比較親民的法式小館---Cafe Claudel，提前網上(Open Rice)訂座13:00，但因特發原因，遲到7分鐘，系統自動把我的訂座取消了！！！到店時，店員已經查不到我的訂座紀錄！還好等了５分鐘，他就幫我安排了座位。點了２份set lunch：#粟米薯仔忌廉湯配香蒜脆包粒，湯夠濃，口感creamy，好味！#經典肉醬意粉，我吃這個，味道好！但感覺挺heavy的，要喝檸檬茶，平衡一下！#焗蟹肉配多士，朋友吃這個，她表示喜歡！#凍檸檬茶，解膩，好喝！#凍咖啡，朋友說冰塊多了，味道沖淡了！總體滿意的１餐！
