月底快閃台灣,睇開行程就更加掛住台灣菜。今日出開中環,就係open rice搵食,見到呢間check-in TAIPEI ,有好多好評咁,於是就wall in去試吓佢。未夠六點已經排晒隊,一夠鐘佢就開門俾人慢慢入去坐。去到台灣點可以唔食鹽酥雞,正如去到食台菜點可以唔叫佢呢。呢度嘅鹽酥雞炸得外脆內嫩,咬落去仲有少少肉汁添。再加上佢有兩個幾特別的醬汁,分別係黑松露芥末醬同柚子醬。黑松露芥末醬香濃得來又帶點芥末嘅辣味,配合得相當出色,食落嘅感覺亦都唔會漏。柚子醬少甜中帶微酸,配合炸嘢好能夠開胃令你想食多幾舊。不得不讚嘅係芭樂苦瓜汁,苦瓜味濃調配得十分之出色。甜品伯爵茶QQ芋圓亦有警喜,伯爵茶凍茶味幽香,一啲都唔會過甜,係整個甜品嘅精髓所在。食完見到出邊有好多人等緊位,都唔好意思坐得太耐,快快買單就出去行下。
