上次試過西洋菜餃同雞絲粉皮,覺得唔錯,所以今晚一個人又嚟食過。今次叫了茴香牛肉餃同京醬茄子。茴香唔係處處有,亦唔係人人鍾意,但啱我。餃子皮仍是我喜歡的,厚薄適中,而且有韌度,咬開還有汁,配上醋及辣豆板酱,好好味。個茄子嘅醬汁亦非常惹味,仲加埋生蒜末,我鍾意。相信呢處會成為我一個人晚餐的熱點。睇吓幾時先食勻所有餃子!
