To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司大家食得多，味道依舊，沒必要特別再陳述。但元氣既抺茶千層蛋糕大家又有無食過？如果無，下次不妨叫黎試下，為一餐飯劃下完美句號😋😋😋.🍵抺茶千層蛋糕 ($19)🍵千層蛋糕製作出名繁複，一層一層蛋皮製作花費時間絕對不少，外面餅店一件千層蛋糕，價錢$30-40起跳是常見之事。而元氣的抺茶千層蛋糕只需$19，絕對是物美價廉。🤩🤩🤩.一件抺茶千層蛋糕共12層抺茶蛋皮，蛋皮當然比不上外面貴價的千層蛋糕般薄，但口感濕潤，q彈，對得起這個價錢👍🏻 每份蛋皮之間夾附著濃郁的抺茶味吉士醬及紅豆餡。整個蛋糕吃得非常滿足，個人曾經吃過元氣的原味千層蛋糕，但個人認為抺茶味遠比原味出色，蛋皮及吉士醬加入抺茶，不單解膩，抺茶天然的苦味亦平衡了紅豆及吉士醬的甜度，推薦！
