To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我的土瓜灣飯堂

呢間其貌不洋的屏山老地方，裝修不算華麗，但餐桌坐得舒服，收銀姐姐好有禮貌。好似開左三個月到就成為我的土瓜灣飯堂，基本上差不多款式都試過(除了肉餅飯，因有成100款肉餅，暫只是試左十幾款)我可以比有80分以上。肉餅真是很出色，香煎外脆內鮮，收銀姐姐話他們是採用新鮮豬肉，冇鮮肉寧願唔賣肉餅哦，難怪咁有鮮肉肉香甜味。每日廚師推介仲有湯有嘢飲，加飯唔使錢，大件抵食，啱晒我呢个飯桶牛角包也做得很出色，下午2點-6點下午茶仲有嘢飲送，如果時間啱我都會下午茶去第一次寫食評，真心覺得要分享，土友街坊多一個好選擇
