To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 又是星期五的team lunch時間，得知荃灣這邊新開了一家沙嗲王，這個星期便與十多位同事來這邊午膳。新開業沒多久，裝潢蠻新淨，地方尚算闊落。午餐價錢由$50餘元起至$70餘元，價錢中等，仍尚算合理。照燒雞扒煎蛋飯: 售$50餘元，香煎雞扒兩塊，配日式照燒汁，雞扒香口，配日式照燒汁蠻惹味。做法簡單，只要花費十元買一塊上雞脾肉，然後用李錦記照燒汁煮製即能煮出同樣味道，是否抵食可自行判斷，味道方面屬正常，與上述自製方法無異。若不是吃過數次白咖喱豬扒飯，我也不會選這雞扒飯。。。。。。
