To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時過iSquare食lunch，多數去名代宇奈食鰻魚飯，或者丸龜食烏冬，次次都見茶木有條排隊人龍，咁今次好奇心驅使下就入咗茶木試下。Order咗呢個台式拌麵套餐，加$9轉黑糖珍珠奶茶少冰。首先黎咗杯黑糖珍珠奶茶，咦？唔甜嘅，個甜度介乎走甜同微甜之間，茶味居然有少許伯爵茶味道，但又唔係完全伯爵茶，怪怪地，忍唔住同侍應講，佢攞咗入廚房加糖，出返黎見到明顯杯邊有少少黑糖掛咗杯，攪勻再飲，都只係甜咗少少，我諗係人哋出面嘅半糖都無🙄個拌麵好麻辣，啱味道，但好咸。鴨血話係麻辣，但唔係幾麻辣。半筋半牛肉，嗰啲牛肉係肥牛，勁肥同埋一撮撮咁，賣相有啲嘔心，初時以為係牛筋黐住嗰啲下欄肉，但夾夾下似曾相識，咦？原來係肥牛😅😨食完之後滿腔麻辣，然後飲返杯珍珠奶茶，本來呢個時間飲杯甜嘢好啱嘅，但係佢唔甜乜滯又有啲怪味，解唔到辣唔滿足，最後飲剩半杯😣下次都係食返鰻魚飯或烏冬或日本拉麵算了

個拌麵好麻辣，啱味道，但好咸。
鴨血話係麻辣，但唔係幾麻辣。
