To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日出完街去食飯，晚市有個二人$688 set都有半隻烤北京填鴨，但對鴨絲羮同四季豆唔太有興趣所以決定a la carte咁order~ 烤北京填鴨(半隻)好快就送到，皮肉分開。鴨皮酥脆而不膩，鴨肉唔算好肥有d韌，以薄餅配京蔥、青瓜、哈密瓜、紫蘿蔔、甜醬卷住食特別有風味~ 紫蘿蔔係比較少見嘅配菜，幾特別~ 鴨皮同薄餅果然係趁熱食好，天氣開始涼隔左陣薄餅已經開始變硬，早食早享受~江南松子魚嘅分量驚人，松子魚炸得外皮酥脆，三色椒加菠蘿嘅酸甜醬好開胃，倘若松子多番d d就perfect~叫嘅前菜水鄉紅瑪瑙反而最後先到，主要係口痕想吃海蜇。海蜇頭索索聲但感覺有d膠，反而陳醋青瓜好啱解膩，酸酸地好醒胃，以$148嘅價錢有些少overpriced。兩個人三款餸食到我地捧住個肚，仲pack埋食剩嘅松子魚返屋企再食過～
