九龍城新開餐廳,主打京滬菜式,現場師傅即叫即做手工製包點同拉麵,用料新鮮,無添加濟味精,希望食客可以用合理價錢食到健康嘅食物。另有精選午餐、下午茶同晚餐選擇,招牌海南雞、港式炒粉麵飯、鑊氣小炒、常餐、小食等樣樣有齊,老少咸宜,區內人又有多個選擇啦~自家製餃子有四款口味,有六/八粒選擇,可選擇湯/灼/煎、仲可以加麵或配酸辣湯底。皮薄餡靚,大粒飽滿,韮菜味出,又唔會蓋過豬肉香氣,值得一試。生煎包有兩/四粒,外層厚,咬落多汁,一粒都幾有份量,記得要趁熱食。酥炸豬扒擔擔拉麵,麵條偏軟身,掛汁,入口滑溜,擔擔味唔辣,小朋友都啱食,豬扒厚身,肥瘦適中,炸至酥脆可口,肉質都算嫩。蔥爆牛肉炒刀削麵第一次食,麵條QQ哋,味道同乾炒河一樣。最後要私心推介芝士焗菠蘿雞扒飯,熱辣辣,酸酸甜甜超開胃,雞扒大塊,配埋拉絲芝士同粒粒炒飯真係好邪惡。
