元朗餃子鋪眾多,呢間81手工餃子值得推介。店面小小,坐位得十零個,廚房開放式,睇到班姐姐包餃子同煮餃子。餃子款式有14種,今次揀左元祖韭菜豬肉餃,湯底係花膠淮山煲豬骨,加配左上海麵。餃子大大隻,餡料豐富,外包又唔會太厚,真係做到皮簿餡靚。湯底都算足料,唔係普通味精湯,食完唔會口渴。平時同老婆來食會叫埋煎餃,煎得好脆好好口感,加埋香辣菜脯仲好食。一邊食一邊見到好多人買外賣,仲會有人買生餃子返屋企自己煮,相當好生意。
