今天兩個元老生日,幾家人一起慶祝,到灣仔嚐館,雀局加飯局,一家人開開心心吃一頓飯冰鎮南非鮑魚:非常入味章紅魚刺身:肉質爽而彈牙,我不喜歡吃刺身,也忍不住吃了六七件蝦多士拼炸豬手:蝦多士酥脆野味,豬手骨膠原爆燈,非常黏口 XO醬蘿蔔糕牛粒:蘿蔔糕超好味,牛粒也夠腍杏汁白肺湯:好濃郁好滋潤,十分足料鹽焗雞及奄仔蟹:超級爆膏,想不到肉也甜美,老闆說其實現在已不是最好的季節,但已很好吃,合時的時候豈不是更好吃😋🤤🤤瑤柱扒豆苗;鮮嫩好味,瑤柱再加雜菇配上豆苗口感豐富脆皮糯米雞:真是一道極考工夫的菜,首先在頸開個窿,慢慢將肉和骨起出來,在將來糯米飯塞進雞來,再將整隻雞炸脆皮,擺上枱是好像炸子雞一樣,雞皮脆脆的,包着糯米飯,糯米飯內混了些蓮子和花生,香口非常,滋味無窮奄仔蟹焗飯:蟹汁滲入飯,和滿滿的蟹膏,令飯有油香之餘,增添不少鮮甜味反沙芋:不會太甜,芋頭夠粉夠甜非常滿足和豐富的一餐,菜式也很特別
