To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紮實不花巧的車仔麵

今日下午去了車仔麵世家吃車仔麵，這裏材料選擇不多，不是新派的那種車仔麵有很多食物及湯底選擇。但傳統的蘿蔔，咖喱魚蛋，豬皮，冬菇都頗入味，滷水豬腸，雞翼及滷水蛋的滷水味道亦剛剛好，不會死咸。在中環來說三餸套餐$45算是頗實惠。今日我點了蘿蔔雞翼及豬大腸，蘿白算清甜不過有點渣，可能天氣並不適合吧！滷水雞翼入味，味道不錯，滷水味道剛好。滷水豬大腸煮的時間夠，整體很入味，沒有豬內臟的腥味。面的湯底比較簡單清淡一款，沒有特色。可惜此店送的份量比較少，如果胃口大的朋友比較建議四餸套餐，整體來說用料紮實，但有部份食物來料比較一般，不是自家製作，大家請小心選擇。
