去筲箕灣搵朋友食飯,朋友介紹話呢間潮州打冷好好食,個名都好得意叫做「煮打菜」。食潮州嘢梗係要叫條潮式凍烏頭😋,例牌鵝片(淨肉),同一份潮式爆花蠔餅🤤,同打冷最緊要配支啤酒🍻。無諗過上菜d食物咁大份😍!條凍烏頭大大條,食落啖啖肉一d腥味都無😋,經鹽醃過令到魚肉好鮮甜美味,但食落又唔會好鹹,味道一流👍🏻。鵝片大大碟都係$88,鵝片啖啖肉,再落左微暖嘅鹵水汁,更添香味👍🏻。鵝片帶有少少肥肉,食落又唔會覺得油膩,豆腐唔會好硬,真係好食夾大件😂。份潮式蠔餅,蛋味香濃,勁多蠔仔而且咬落啖啖肉,一d蠔腥味都無,咬落有d蔥花增加口感,炸得香脆可口,唔似出面食果d咁油「笠笠」同林哂。啤酒用左不鏽鋼杯,可以保持冰凍,好細心👍🏻。下次再嚟筲箕灣,一定要再試埋其他嘢食😆。
