係大埔新達廣場下有免費接駁車來,每逢15分或45分開車,訂了枱2點,坐shuttle bus 就準時來到。對著湖景食飯,感受一下日光,感覺好舒服。脆脆鮮蝦紅米腸 - $78腸粉皮由紅米漿做,紅色腸粉皮幾特別,捲著脆卜卜的炸粉及鮮蝦。蝦肉彈牙,豉油分開上,自己要幾多先加,不怕把腸粉整淋。酸菜鱈魚春卷 - $78第一次食春卷係包鱈魚肉及酸菜,酸菜的味道好突出,幾開胃,魚肉味都濃。竹炭叉燒餐包 - $62餐包外皮酥香,包皮薄饀料多,叉燒醬汁味道濃郁。石榴牛肉球 - $62有三大粒牛肉球,每一粒都由一層腐皮包住,外型似石榴球。玫瑰金蝦餃 - $78蝦餃掃上金色,看起來更加矜貴,蝦肉彈牙又大粒,點一點XO醬更加正!千層鮑魚酥 - $42可以只叫一隻鮑魚酥,酥皮好鬆化,鮑魚唔算太大隻,但煮得幾入味。開咗壺人參烏龍茶,帶有花香的味道。XO醬有蝦籽,好惹味。食完飯仲可以周圍行下影相,建築物好靚,有好多打卡位。免費Shuttle Bus半個鐘頭一班出大埔,好方便。
