To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

逢星期日都會到聯和墟一帶食午餐，之前越瀧棧都是星期日休息的，擴充到了隔鄰舖位之後，增加了泰式炒粉麵飯，而且星期日都會開店。新舖位寬敞，座位舒適。新加的泰式午餐選擇多，味道也不錯。金不換牛肉炒河粉，牛肉頗多，河粉質感也不錯，只是金不換味道比較濃，不是我喜歡的口味。泰式扎肉炒金邊粉味道也不錯。雞翼湯河味道正常，雞翼炸得酥脆，值得一讚。此外可以加點其他越式小食，其中我比較喜歡的是越式炸春卷。午市跟餐有飲品，不過飲品確實只是一般般。
