To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次週未8點去到無訂位, 佢地話無枱喎. 真係咁好食? ok, 今日週未6點唔訂枱再去, 終於有枱... 但係佢地話得返張高枱, ok, 無問題.跟手有個阿叔6點15分嚟到又係無訂位, 個waiter 同佢講9點先有位喎.... 吓? 唔係真係咁旺呀? 又睇下點解咁旺先....但係, 據我觀察, 我由6點坐到7點50分個110分鐘裡面, 最少有4張2人枱, 1張四人低枱同2張四人高枱係重來都無人坐過 (個度得廿幾張枱), 但係個 waiter 就係咁同 d 街客講比人訂晒無位....平常 d 餐廳如果 d 客訂咗枱 15 分鐘唔到佢地會打個 ling, 唔嚟會讓比人. 但係呢間好似唔會播, 佢地鐘意當 d 吉枱有人坐, 跟住同人講無位, 好騎呢...食物叫咗 nachos, lasagna 同 magharita, 除咗個 pizza 林咗 d 幾好食.但係想講比大家聽, 要食要訂枱, 但係間野唔係你想像中咁旺場.

但係, 據我觀察, 我由6點坐到7點50分個110分鐘裡面, 最少有4張2人枱, 1張四人低枱同2張四人高枱係重來都無人坐過 (個度得廿幾張枱), 但係個 waiter 就係咁同 d 街客講比人訂晒無位....

平常 d 餐廳如果 d 客訂咗枱 15 分鐘唔到佢地會打個 ling, 唔嚟會讓比人. 但係呢間好似唔會播, 佢地鐘意當 d 吉枱有人坐, 跟住同人講無位, 好騎呢...


食物叫咗 nachos, lasagna 同 magharita, 除咗個 pizza 林咗 d 幾好食.

但係想講比大家聽, 要食要訂枱, 但係間野唔係你想像中咁旺場.
