To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同個好耐無見嘅朋友敘舊,朋友中意食中菜,所以就試下呢間。我地總共叫左3樣野食,分別係片皮鴨,蒜蓉蒸扇貝,椰皇燉蛋白。  第一樣野嚟嘅係個片皮鴨,呢度嘅片皮鴨係會先原隻上,再係你面前即刻皮,份量好足,隻鴨做到外脆內軟,又有肉足,非常好食,好推介大家試下!  之後嘅蒜蓉蒸扇貝都好新鮮,粉絲亦都吸哂蒜蓉味,好香口,蒜蓉嘅份量唔會太多,本身我唔太中意食蒜都接受到。  甜品我地就叫左一個椰皇燉蛋白,椰汁味超濃,而且甜度適中,食完片皮鴨咁油膩嘅食物,食返呢個蛋白,令成個餐嘅感覺冇咁油膩。  值得一提嘅係,依家嘉士伯啤酒做緊優惠,每枝都係大約20蚊,非常抵飲!我地2個人都飲左3枝,解油膩一流!
