一年一度又係約舊同事出黎吹下水,今次約左係銅鑼灣食,仲係一間高級意大利餐廳,好期待呀~先黎個麵包,可添加的喲 暖烘烘嘅麵包點橄欖油食真係好正,好香好好味呀。烤南瓜,火箭菜配燒牛肉沙律,芝士泡沫,發達芝士及黑醋汁 ($158)木板上,感覺有傳統風味,苦苦地嘅火箭菜配甜甜嘅南瓜又幾夾喎,仲有燒牛肉,一絲絲嘅肉沒半點脂肪,但入口唔韌有肉味,再加上芝士片,芝士粒同芝士泡,芝味十足攞滿分。西班牙黑毛豬肉醬闊條麵配雞油菌 ($188)肉醬鮮甜,一粒粒嘅肉沫軟腍入味,麵條帶香味有韌度,煮得剛剛好,撈埋汁食好正。慢煮羊肩配亞支竹意大利飯 ($168)再試下好少食嘅羊肩,慢煮後果然軟綿,一咬即化,有羊味但唔酥。意大利飯煮得軟硬適中,好味,上面一條條嘅係炸過嘅亞支竹,香港好少有得食,帶獨特嘅香味,口感特別。流心芝士蛋糕配菠蘿及熱情果雪糕 ($78)呢一個認真正,encore之選!芝士心太軟?一切開芝士醬湧出黎,又香又甜,蛋糕焗得啱啱好,咸咸地,配上酸酸甜甜嘅雪糕好夾好正。巧克力莎樂美跟果仁配雲呢拿雪糕 ($78)之前見雜誌介紹過話呢個莎樂美唔易整,今晚一於試下佢。極濃嘅朱古力味,加入大量果仁,有瓜子杏仁

之前見雜誌介紹過話呢個莎樂美唔易整,今晚一於試下佢。極濃嘅朱古力味,加入大量果仁,有瓜子杏仁,夏威夷果等,口感十足,略為硬了一點不易咬開,且一件小小的原來幾膩,多人share會好啲。

環境又靚又靚,識合幾位知己細細品嚐。
