攞定電話預備拍片未先!這道菜上枱時餐廳職員會用槍將荔枝味煙燻打入Whisky杯上的氣泡內,當篤爆個彈彈下嘅波時白煙就冒出,你會聞到一陣荔枝煙燻香,再嗅一下杯Whisky然後倒佢落啲鵝肝上面就食得,好好玩!厚切鵝肝口感軟腍油潤,同酒味濃烈的Whisky好夾
