To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去位於美孚香港地食個早餐食到一肚氣,從來未試過一碗沙嗲牛肉麵得三片牛肉,於是我同個侍應反映,佢話係集團指定嘅份量。OK我算數,我照食,最多冇下次。點知差唔多食完嘅時候,個侍應好唔禮貌咁攞一碗沙嗲牛肉俾我,佢話係公司嘅規定份量,但係又唔知點解會放低一碗牛肉俾我!我心諗你當我乞兒啊!同你反映你又話公司嘅份量,轉個頭你又放低碗牛肉俾我,仲要同我講你最好同公司反映及投訴!我都唔知道係公司嘅問題,定係員工嘅問題!總之好嬲,一定冇下次!
