To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳提供超級多款刺身飯，亦有雞、鰻魚等配搭。全日免加一之外，學生醫護仲有折，店員仲好熱情，真心讚。叫左厚條蒲燒鰻魚稻庭烏冬定食($108)，親子滑雞丼定食($68)。大條鰻魚冇骨啖啖肉，完全冇腥味，肉結實。個烏冬口感有d 煙韌，豬骨湯濃郁，有辣有少見芫茜湯底揀添架。佢既做作係雞蛋以生蛋形式上菜，雞肉大大件圍住雞蛋，自己刺穿雞蛋，岩哂伴飯食。雞肉嫩滑入味，飯量多到食唔哂。附送中華湯律、湯、follow ig仲送刺身/飲品，個刺身仲要勁厚切，抵到爛。整體，真心好抵食，鍾意食刺身，要試下佢d刺身飯，個份量好多，賣相亦靚。支持。
