To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前已經食過九龍灣嘅分店,但因為最近已經結業,就去咗銅鑼灣店食。銅鑼灣店比九龍灣店嘅裝修更有心思,可以話係打卡嘅熱點,特別欣賞佢懷舊嘅裝飾,由門面到餐牌都充滿懷舊嘅味道,有細節。♥️睇咗好耐餐牌,都未決定到食咩,後來望到牆上有二人晚餐推介,可以揀三個餸,有兩碗飯,仲有餐湯同甜品,我額外叫咗杯熱奶茶。♥️我地揀左豆腐火腩魚煲、南乳齋粉絲煲同蒸魚,兩個人係完全食唔晒😂♥️1️⃣豆腐火腩魚煲好多料,最中意佢既豆腐,好滑,魚亦都好大件。2️⃣南乳齋粉絲煲呢個有點咸,要配飯食,兩個煲都好熱辣辣,正😋3️⃣蒸魚雖然忘記左條魚叫咩名,但我記得真係好好味,魚肉好滑,成條食晒冇肉剩👍👍👍飯後甜品,懷舊雀巢雪糕杯。另叫熱奶茶,茶有少少澀是日好豐富,食到好飽好滿足😆🤰🏻
