早排同honey食完韓牛出咗篇文,契妹睇到又話想食,兩隻為食貓就相約於佢返美前,一試中環都幾近佢修甲嗰度o既「木槿花韓牛專門店」。合共兩層高o既韓牛店所有餐桌上都有個伸縮形o既抽油煙機。牆上以燈光照出大大隻牛牛,簡單到題。兩契兄妹其實早於訂座時已立心要食個「二人韓牛套餐」($688),自選項目仲揀好咗要牛骨清湯、生拌韓牛、珍珠白米配韓牛牛腩片。點好套餐後,先由妹妹送上清爽醒神o既泡菜、鹹魚仔、芽菜。特選沙律:沙律新鮮爽脆,伴上甜甜o既芝麻醬亦倍感開胃。牛骨清湯(雪濃湯):奶白色o既牛骨清湯濃郁帶甜。清湯內o既麵條軟腍幼滑,堅好味!生拌韓牛:生韓牛由哥哥仔即場混入雪梨條及生蛋黃攪拌而成,手勢溫柔得黎好純熟。生韓牛顏色鮮美,柔潤滑溜中帶點爽口,惹味甜美,正爆!燜牛肋骨:可能見我地食得都幾慢吓,姐姐仔專登以小火暖住個燜牛肋骨,確保菜式食用時仍能保持熱力。牛肋骨肉味香濃有嚼勁,連汁送飯就最好食。珍珠白米配韓牛牛腩片:白飯熱辣辣、香噴噴。個人只係略嫌牛腩薄片偏咗少少乾嚡。不過捲埋伴碟o既醃蘿蔔黎食,效果香辣不少之餘又多咗份爽脆。輪到壓軸燒韓牛出場前,溫婉o既妹妹仔先送上調味醬及靚靚生菜。三款韓牛
