To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下晝去咗怡樂食午餐,都好耐冇再嚟幫襯,今日發覺佢食物種類多咗。今日叫了一個芝士焗咖喱雞飯,上枱賣相唔錯有一個木盤加上沙津茶,可以中和一下咖喱的辣味。此雞是慢煮的,不過口感只算正常,不算非常柔嫩,吃不出慢煮的效果,上枱看不見芝士在面感覺同彩圖爭少少,咖喱味非常香濃有香料的辛香,不過辣味彼重,我都食到滿頭大汗,配飯是珍珠米,所以入口有種日式的感覺。單點加$10半價可以有一杯冷壓而成的檸檬茶,會有檸檬的纖維和果肉在茶裏面,真係幾細心。日式燒汁牛肉丼飯牛肉,入口非常嫩滑,味道簡單來說有啲似吉野家,不過燒汁的味道會濃一點,可惜上枱的蛋不是溫泉蛋,如果可以混合蛋汁與牛肉同吃,一定會更好吃。跟餐的熱柚子茶和一般柚子茶不一樣,真係有紅茶加上柚子在內,有茶香再加上柚子的甜都算不錯。店內裝修簡單帶工業風,服務員尚算細心,此價錢午餐來説尚算公道,幾抵食!
