預約咗《惠》同老公二人慶祝一番!之前食過,今次又轉咗餐牌,不過同樣滿意!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻入座後先上熱毛巾,就準備開餐啦!!刺身件件新鮮,我鍾意食較為淡味嘅深海魚,咁啱師傅今日上嘅刺身都好啱我口味,由其係鰤魚刺身,係魚腹位置,魚肉條紋分明,肉質柔軟,油分高,鮮味突出!!!😋😋😋期間上咗個燒帶子,超回味,用咗薄荷汁去配個灸燒到焦香嘅帶子,感覺好清新,第一次覺得原來海鮮都可以配薄荷醬汁,真係特別!!!😆😆😆而壽司方面,師傅都幾有創意,用白蝦打碎加明太子作調味,令蝦個股鮮味帶出黎,鹹鹹地,我鍾意啊!!!😍😍😍同埋仲有喜知次,之前食過鐵板燒嘅,今次食灸燒,半生熟嘅口感,比全熟更能感受油脂係口度爆發,又試到好野!!!😬😬😬今次用餐,《惠》又係我心目中排名再加分,每次黎都有新鮮感!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
