To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放工同同事去食下午茶自助餐，之前黎過一次，環境地方都好唔錯、食物都幾多選舉又美味、服務都可以，又抵食（都係200幾，但食得好飽）服務都唔錯，下午茶自助餐由3:30-6點，可以比你慢慢食慢慢傾沙律、前菜有多款沙律（黎麥、蘋果等）、壽司及刺身（加州卷及腐皮壽司、三文魚、北寄貝等）、煙三文魚2款、茄子、黃紅椒、冰炒沙律蔬菜、多款芝士及火腿，都幾多選擇還有煙薰蛋（好香又半熟蛋）、齋（不錯、酸酸甜甜）、涼拌（豆芽菜、木耳等）、蝦片（硬了些）、魚皮（同事話麻麻、唔香脆）熱食蒸點心、即點即煮粥（自選材料：魚滑、帶子、粟米、皮蛋、魚片等）、粉麵水餃、肉眼扒、鹵水乳鴿、雞翼、大蝦伊麵、菜心、墨西哥磨菇烤餅、蝦多士、炸餃子、西湯（磨菇蓉湯）、清酒煮貴妃蚌等，最愛鹵水乳鴿（啖啖肉又入味）、雞翼（香脆）、西湯（香濃又滑）、貴妃蚌好大隻又新鮮甜品好多雪糕選擇（杯裝的、軟雪糕，味道都多款）仲有好多唔同顏色的配料水果、蛋糕都有，一些在雪櫃、一些在枱上，最好的是可以讓客人切蛋糕大小，咁就不用浪費了芝士蛋糕好滑好香，必食推薦最愛的榴槤pancake, 好滑又暖暖的榴槤蓉（榴槤肉好香好滑）外面pancake 要即叫即
