To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥢 吉列豬扒
炸皮用上麵包糠,上得好薄身,炸得好脆唔會油淋淋👍🏼 豬扒嘅肉質鬆軟、肥瘦均勻,但旁邊有少許筋,有少少咬口可接受~ 旁邊仲伴有好夾嘅蛋黃醬同可以減低油膩感嘅椰菜絲😋

🥢 自家制餃子
餃子一份有6隻,仲附上餃子汁~因為餃子係店家自製,感覺比平時食嘅大隻,餃子皮薄,煎到個底脆脆地,但有啲部分會少許太燶;餃子餡幾juicy,帶點韮菜香,口感比一般現成日式餃子有咬口,整體唔錯。

🥢 燒雞翼&燒雞軟骨 (各2串)
串燒燒得好夠乾身,食落帶點焦香😋雞翼每串有2隻,仲要對半切開咗,食嘅時候好方便;雞軟骨麵都正正常常。食到淡淡地啲鹽味,雖然另有檸檬汁可以加,但整體調味重返少少會更好~
