To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近年真係開多左好多韓燒餐廳，但呢間個和牛拼盤是絕對抵食又好食。牛氣冲天和牛拼盤一次過可以試晒唔同款式牛肉，有齊美國上肩胛肉，牛小排，下肩胛，日本A4背峰肉, 上腦肉, 牛肉眼，澳洲和牛頸脊， 同和牛舌。而拼盤入面最出色既有1++韓牛肉眼，油花同色澤好有驚喜，牛味濃郁，入口即溶。石鍋牛肉拌飯石鍋熱辣辣，牛肉同蔬菜撈埋一齊，再加埋有少少飯焦，口感豐富。蜂蜜原漿米酒平時淨係飲米酒，今次試吓加咗蜂蜜，更加甜同易入口，而原漿米酒咪味香濃。餐廳服務細心，食材新鮮，環境亦都似足韓國嘅燒肉餐廳。值得推薦
