To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳環境(評分4.5/5)餐廳環境基本上可以拎到滿分咁滯,因為長期會有1-2個人去負責收拾乾淨,每次有人食完走後都會立即清潔,燈光光亮,所以環境方面真係冇咩嘢負評,乾淨整潔。四寶車仔麵(4/5)首先由碗湯去品嚐,車仔麵某種程度黎講,叫既湯底都算係重點之一,麻辣湯底小辣,個人算係比較食得辣黎講都頗為辣,食唔到辣可以叫BB辣試試口癮,味道濃郁。豬皮非常爽口,蘿蔔入口即溶,豬大腸係咁多道菜頭號好味,至於豬紅就比較遜色,當日仲要好似食到少少鹼味。總括而言都算唔錯,每道配搭都係車仔麵既精華之一。奶油多士(5/5)雖然話多士真係冇咩嘢技術而言,但都相比其他鋪足料同埋用咗厚多士都係加分味。

四寶車仔麵(4/5)
首先由碗湯去品嚐,車仔麵某種程度黎講,叫既湯底都算係重點之一,麻辣湯底小辣,個人算係比較食得辣黎講都頗為辣,食唔到辣可以叫BB辣試試口癮,味道濃郁。豬皮非常爽口,蘿蔔入口即溶,豬大腸係咁多道菜頭號好味,至於豬紅就比較遜色,當日仲要好似食到少少鹼味。總括而言都算唔錯,每道配搭都係車仔麵既精華之一。
